Wool Mix Meredith Colour Block Jumper

First time I have ordered from Country Collection. Extremely pleased with their products and service. Ordering online was without complications and order came very quickly. Will definitely use them again.

I bought a skirt for my mother who needed an elasticated waisted skirt. This came very promptly. The colour and fit are perfect and she is very happy and now looking at the catalogue for more purchases!

I have no complaints about the service from country collection. Would and will shop with them in the future.

This is an excellent fit, a beautiful colour and delivery was quick once my order was in. It is a birthday present from my husband (who likes it too)

Easy to place order and swift delivery unfortunately this time item was not suitable easy to return via post office awaiting confirmation of receipt and payment return

Very easy to negotiate the website and placing an order is very straightforward with multiple payment options. Goods are always delivered swiftly and well packaged. If a refund is needed, returning is easy. My only concern is that very occasionally my refund is issued via a cheque . Unfortunately I am not always able to use the scan option and therefore have to visit my bank to pay in.

Ordering was easy. I would like a better choice of sizes in tops rather than just M for medium etc. An overlap of sizes would be better ie 12/14 then 14/16 etc. I ordered a pack of towels which were on back order. They have arrived and I had emails to keep me informed.Prior to that a jersey top, ordered with the towels, came within a few days by Royal Mail. A previous order of a nightie was good value and the size was spot on.

I find looking at all the prints in the catalogue exhausting but love the plain generously cut and choice of length products

Some confusion because you said the blouse, which was out of stock, would be dispatched later. In the event I had to chase you up and then both items came together. This was not as fast as the delivery schedule I am used to from other suppliers

The items I bought are lovely, beautiful colours, but I think I am lucky to have them. The bag they came in was totally split open on one side and how everything stayed in, I have no idea. The opposite side of the bag had been sellotaped - maybe a stronger bag might be the answer? I really think I was lucky this time.
