You’ll find us in the small market town of Brampton rich in both history and charm, surrounded by the Cumbrian countryside and just a stone’s throw away from Hadrian’s Wall. Our company was founded in 1911 with the focus on supplying the rural community with exceptional value clothing. In the late 1980's we extended our reach initially across the UK and today we offer distinctive clothes by mail to customers worldwide. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to look and in turn feel their best, no matter their age or gender. We offer through our home shopping and online clothing catalogues high-quality, long-lasting, stylish, timeless classics and co-ordinates created by our in-house design studio.

Our in-house designer creates a new exclusive range each season, working in conjunction with mills and print houses around the world to develop exclusive prints and checks to enhance our range of distinctive classic clothing. Only when we are completely happy with the designs, is the range made up in small quantities, by specialist manufacturers. We source local to the manufacturer and wherever possible, use suppliers from the UK and Europe. We have long standing relationships with a dedicated group of small, supply partners. We only use respectable, trusted, and well-established suppliers who we have worked with for a number of years.

Product Confidence

To maintain our rigorous quality standards, our technical team constantly monitor suppliers and product quality. Every style is carefully tested to ensure it meets our high standards before it is approved for production. Our confidence in the quality of the range extends to us offering a no time limit guarantee. If at any time an issue arises with the quality of the product, you can return it for an exchange or immediate refund in full. We stand by the quality of our products.
