Service was wonderful. I called Customer Service as one of my turtlenecks was the wrong size. The bag said xl but the label on the product was l. The rep was helpful. I’ve returned it and am waiting for the exchange.

Excellent quality, good fit and very comfortable. I love the cuffs and neckline on these, they don't lose elasticity at all. I've had one before which is now a decade old and still good. The label says to wash dark colours separately, which I did. There was some loss of colour but not much. After a few more separated washes I think it can go in the machine with lighter colours.

Quick delivery, good price in sale. Never did get email confirmation after ordering though, was about to chase that up when package arrived.
