Very easy to negotiate the website and placing an order is very straightforward with multiple payment options. Goods are always delivered swiftly and well packaged. If a refund is needed, returning is easy. My only concern is that very occasionally my refund is issued via a cheque . I would like a better choice of sizes in tops rather than just M for medium etc. An overlap of sizes would be better ie 12/14 then 14/16 etc. I ordered a pack of towels which were on back order. They have arrived and I had emails to keep me informed.Prior to that a jersey top, ordered with the towels, came within a few days by Royal Mail. A previous order of a nightie was good value and the size was spot on.
