Easy to use web site, wide range of trousers, ordering correct size made sensibly easy by including measurements for each size. ( I do wish others would follow this method). My order arrived promptly and was mostly very good. I was disappointed that the flannel trousers were too tight as they were the same size as the other pair which fitted well. Returning the trousers was straight forward. It is taking some time to get the refund.

I have been shopping with Country Collection for many years and generally been very happy with their products. I think their quality is now not so good and am finding less garments to tempt me.

Your service excellent but the delivery by royal mail took far too long so disappointed with wait between dispatch and arrival. Could you use another courier?
