I realised that my dress needed to be shortened but the link on line didn’t work. I rang and arranged for the dress to be shortened saying that I would send a cheque in the post as was scammed quite recently through giving out my credit card number via the phone so am very hesitant to do so. The dress didn’t arrive and when I rang about this Iwas told they hadn’t received my cheque ! It gave me a sense of a lack of trust despite having ordered at least a couple of times previously

Excellent value for money. Colour, style, material can't be faulted my only problem is that I have had to return it for a smaller size and length.I ordered my normal size and length but too big otherwise perfect

As always, excellent service and well-made and long-lasting garments. The nightdress is pretty and the cotton material soft and good quality.

I like dealing with this firm, as they are prompt with their replies, and use the best materials for their clothes. I also like being able to return any items you don't like, post free!

Products always true to description sizes correct and delivery good. I have been a customer for several years .

I have bought quite a few things from Country Collection and cannot fault either the quality or the service. Both are excellent.

The sizes are too big but the customer services appear to be good in that they phoned me about the replacement sizes I had ordered The quality of the clothes seemed to be very good
