Very nice Polo neck top. Slightly thicker than other cotton ones so very good for Spring and Autumn wearing. Size very good too.

Easy to order, though I mistakenly chose the wrong size! however when I rang 24 hours later it was amended to the correct size with courtesy and good humour, more i couldn't have wished for. Thank you

I realised that my dress needed to be shortened but the link on line didn’t work. I rang and arranged for the dress to be shortened saying that I would send a cheque in the post as was scammed quite recently through giving out my credit card number via the phone so am very hesitant to do so. The dress didn’t arrive and when I rang about this Iwas told they hadn’t received my cheque ! It gave me a sense of a lack of trust despite having ordered at least a couple of times previously
