Postage and Delivery
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £8.50
Delivery arrives within 2-3 working days.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £5.50
Delivery arrives within 1-2 working days. Order before 2pm Monday to Thursday.
Royal Mail Special Delivery - £10
Delivery next working day by 1pm.
Order before 2pm Monday to Thursday.
Signature Required on delivery.
Royal Mail Overseas - £20.95
Delivery arrives within 7-10 working days. Oversea parcels are not trackable.
EU - Countries serviced by Royal Maril delivery duty paid only.
Rest of World - Additional tax and duties levied on import may be payable on receipt. Please note these charges are the responsibility of the

Free and Easy Return
Returning your purchase couldn’t be easier. We enclose a FREEPOST RETURN LABEL with all UK orders. Please follow the below steps:
Please complete the returns form attached to the invoice found inside your parcel, ensuring you clearly state the reason for the return and specify the desired action (refund or exchange).
Place the products you intend to return inside the bag along with the completed returns form.
Attach the pre-paid returns address label over your original address label on the outer side of the bag.
Peel off the inner tape and firmly press to seal the bag securely.
Hand in at your local post office or alternatively the Royal Mail offer a parcel pick-up from home service for any of your returns should you be unable to visit the post office.
For more information on how to take advantage of the service please visit send.royalmail.com/collect/youritems where you can arrange for your parcel to be collected at a convenient time for you.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed on the day the parcel arrives back to us, and you should expect to see the refund in your account within 3-5 days. Exchange orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days after arrival to us.
There are no additional delivery charges for exchange orders.
No Time Limit Guarantee
If at any time during its lifetime, an issue arises with the quality of the product please return it to us for an exchange or immediate refund in full (UK only).
Stock Availability
There are occasionally discrepancies, but the stock levels are correct to the best of our knowledge. If you order something that is out of stock, we will inform you by email or phone. Goods are reserved on a first come, first served basis.

Swatches are available of our designs. So if you would like a particular swatch before ordering - please just telephone us.
Alteration Services
Skirts, trouser and nightwear lengths are available as specified. We do, however, offer an alteration service should you prefer a shorter length simply select the alteration service on the product page when ordering. Alteration charges are £6 for trousers, £8 for skirts and nightwear. Items altered to a non-standard length are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue. Please note it is not possible to alter all-round knife pleated skirts.

Dear Customer
Founded in Cumbria in 1911, our company started by supplying country people with exceptional value clothing. In the late 80's we went national and now offer distinctive clothes by mail to customers worldwide. Country Collection specialises in a range of distinctive clothing designed to coordinate with your existing wardrobe. We provide garments for comfort and leisure as well as tailored outfitting for more formal occasions.
Today our own merchandise team designs the garments, and many of the fabrics. They carefully select the threads and prints to create a collection of distinctive clothing. Only when they are completely happy with the designs are the garments made up in small quantities, by specialist manufacturers, - making them more desirable and exclusive.
To maintain very high quality standards, our technical team constantly monitor suppliers. It is because we set such high standards that we offer a unique guarantee - it has no time limit. If at any time during its lifetime, an issue arises with the quality of the product please return it for an exchange or immediate refund in full.
