Delivery arrives within 1-2 working days.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £5.50

Delivery arrives within 3-4 working days. Order before 2pm Monday to Thursday.

Royal Mail Special Delivery - £10

Orders placed by 2pm Monday-Friday will be sent out the same day special delivery, guaranteed to arrive with you the next working day by 1pm (excludes bank holidays). This service will require a signature on delivery

Royal Mail Overseas - £20.95

Delivery arrives within 7-10 working days. Oversea parcels are not trackable.

EU - Countries serviced by Royal Mail delivery duty paid only.

Rest of World - Additional tax and duties levied on import may be payable on receipt. Please note these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Information

All UK orders are shipped on a trackable service. You may track your parcel using the Royal Mail tracking service once shipped. You will receive your tracking number via a text message or email (providing you have supplied us with contact details). 

If for any reason your order is not in stock, we will contact you to advise when you can expect to receive your purchase. 

Overseas customers wishing to purchase non clothing products should call prior to placing their order for delivery charges. 

Postage charges cover the cost of despatching goods to you and insure you against any deliveries or returns lost in transit.

Free and Easy Returns

Returning your purchase couldn’t be easier. We enclose a FREEPOST RETURN LABEL with all UK orders. Please follow the below steps:

Please complete the returns form attached to the invoice found inside your parcel, ensuring you clearly state the reason for the return and specify the desired action (refund or exchange).

Place the products you intend to return inside the bag along with the completed returns form.

Attach the pre-paid returns address label over your original address label on the outer side of the bag.

Peel off the inner tape and firmly press to seal the bag securely.

Hand in at your local post office or alternatively the Royal Mail offer a parcel pick-up from home service for any of your returns should you be unable to visit the post office.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed on the day the parcel arrives back to us, and you should expect to see the refund in your account within 3-5 days. Exchange orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days after arrival to us.  Please note that we can only accept exchange orders that match the original orders monetary value., If there is any difference in value, whether higher or lower, a full refund will be required and a new order must be placed.

There are no additional delivery charges for exchange orders.
